Our goal is to make sure the prices in our catalog are competitively discounted. Due to the aggressive nature of these discounts, prices may be adjusted subject to manufacturer price changes. Order will be invoiced at price effective at time of shipment
We accept authorized purchase orders from all public schools, head starts, state and local government agencies with terms Net 30 days. Commercial institutions and other organizations must pre-pay their first order. With approval, credit will be extended to these customers. We also accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Procurement Cards.
In stock orders normally ship in 48 hours or less. Orders shipped
directly from the manufacturer may take longer.
Shipping charges
will be contingent on the terms of each individual contract.
However, freight charges will be paid by Brame on orders over $500.00.
While we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit, we will be happy to file the freight claim if provided with the signed freight bill, bill of lading, or delivery ticket showing that the loss or shortage was noted at time of receipt. Please report any damages or shortages within ten (10) days after receipt of order. Before notifying us of a shortage, please check all cartons since we may have packed an item in several different cartons. Please check carefully against our packing list or delivery ticket.
Merchandise may be returned with prior approval. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a restocking charge to cover freight and handling. In requesting a return, please specify our invoice number or your purchase order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
