Prices

Our goal is to make sure the prices in our catalog are competitively discounted. Due to the agressive nature of these discounts, prices may be adjusted subject to manufacturer price changes. Order will be invoiced at price effective at time of shipment

Payment Terms

We accept authorized purchase orders from state and local government agencies with terms net 30 days. Commercial institutions and other organizations must pre-pay their first order. With approval, credit will be extended to these customers.

Shipping Policy

In stock orders are normally delivered locally on the next business day. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.

While Brame Office Products does not currently charge for shipping, this may change at any time and charge will be contingent on the the terms of each individual contract.

Damages and Shortages

Please report any damages or shortages within ten (10) days after receipt of order. Before notifying us of a shortage, please check all cartons since we may have packed an item in several different cartons. Please check carefully against our packing list or delivery ticket.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned with prior approval. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a restocking charge to cover freight and handling. In requesting a return, please specify our invoice number or your purchase order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
