Prices

Our goal is to make sure the prices in our catalog are competitively discounted. Due to the agressive nature of these discounts, prices may be adjusted subject to manufacturer price changes. Order will be invoiced at price effective at time of shipment

Payment Terms

We accept authorized purchase orders from state and local government agencies with terms net 30 days. Commercial institutions and other organizations must pre-pay their first order. With approval, credit will be extended to these customers.

Shipping Policy

In stock orders are normally delivered locally on the next business day. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer may take longer.

To offset the cost of rising fuel prices, Brame Office Products will now charge a $1.99 fuel surcharge per delivery for local customers.

Damages and Shortages

Please report any damages or shortages within ten (10) days after receipt of order. Before notifying us of a shortage, please check all cartons since we may have packed an item in several different cartons. Please check carefully against our packing list or delivery ticket.

Returns

Merchandise may be returned with prior approval. Depending on the circumstances, there may be a restocking charge to cover freight and handling. In requesting a return, please specify our invoice number or your purchase order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Small Orders

In order to offer our customers the absolute best pricing on all items, we must set a minimum order size. Any Brame Office Products order less than $75.00 that require delivery will have a $5.99 handling charge added to the final invoice.
